Last week we went to Duarte. Our main goal so we can have delicious Indonesian food in a place called Pondok Kaki Lima. It’s located behind Duarte Inn hotel which own by Indonesian, Mr. Frits Hong.

The food were delicious and cheap! I ate chicken satay with yellow rice while Adam surprising me by eating goat satay! (can’t you believe it?). The best part was I got many stories ideas from this visit. In fact, in a few days we’ll go back again but this time we’re gonna be in Chinese new year’s bazaar. Also, we’re probably gonna take a sneak peak on the new restaurant that planned to be opened at the same day.

After Duarte, we also went to Los Angeles, tried to find Adam’s mother’s brother. We went to several places that we thought he once lived it, but seemed like there was no trace of him at all.

We didn’t plan to go to Kodak theatre, but somehow we did that. I’m glad we did though, because they were having Oscar exhibition (if I could say that) where they display the real oscars that they’re gonna presenting to whoever will win it. The best part is, the people got a chance to hold it even pose like you won it, and that’s what I did too.

After that, we also have dinner in Indo Cafe. (*)
