Yes, I am talking about the greatest singer in the world, Marie Fredriksson. According to TDR aka The Daily Roxette, Marie will sing in Michael Bolyos upcoming album, Family Affair. Not only as backing vocals, but also as the main vocal in… FOUR songs!!! Can’t you believe that? not only one but FOUR! the songs are : In the Corner of Your Eye, Tell It to My Heart , Outro and Hometown.
Many fans seemed happy about this news, but most of all they even happier to know that Marie finally decided to release Hometown. I didn’t know that the fans already waited this song to come out for years! It turned out that they heard this before from a movie, but just as a background and in a very short version.
Anyway, is it probably a sign that soon Marie will ready for Roxette again? I honestly hope so. I wonder if this album will “fight” in the Swedish chart with Per’s new album. I wonder who’s gonna win. I hope this one, though because I am more Marie fan than Per. Of course above all I’m more into Roxette than their solo stuff. (*)
